What's that smell during bag sealing? Is it safe?
When the bag seals, brief heat would cause a small amount of gas to be released from the plastic film.
Can I throw away anything besides litter and waste?
AutoSeal Cat Litter Disposal System is designed specifically for pet waste and litter. Lighter items may not drop through properly, so we recommend sticking to litter and waste.
Can I use other bags instead of AutoSeal Refill Ring Pro?
We recommend using the official one. The 7-layer EVOH film technology for stronger odor-blocking performance and using other liners may damage the sealing module and shorten the unit's lifespan.
How is this different from other litter disposal systems?
We offer a two-chamber design with an auto-sealing door. The lower seal stays shut while you scoop, so odor never escapes when you drop waste in. The result is a noticeably fresher experience.

How do I check the battery level?
Open the top lid, a green light means the battery is sufficiently charged. Or press the button briefly, a beep confirms the battery is sufficiently charged. If the battery is low, the unit will show a slow-blinking red light as a reminder to recharge.
