This shipping policy applies to customers within the European Union in our shipping regions.

1. Shipping Time

Our shipping time includes both order processing and delivery:

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CET)

Delivery time: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

The shipping carrier we use within Europe depends on the parcel size and the destination country.

3. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Shipping eligibility and rates are determined at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note that orders shipped to remote areas, islands, or certain highland regions may be subject to an additional surcharge. This fee is separate from our standard shipping rates and is solely determined by the carrier; we have no control over it.

4. Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable within the European Union.

No additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged for deliveries within the EU.

5. Special Products

For oversized items (e.g., Purobot Ultra / Max Pro/ Max Pro 2), separate shipping rates apply.

6. Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we will:

Ship the available items first

Send the remaining items once back in stock at no extra shipping cost

7. Transport Damage

Please check your package upon delivery.

If there is any damage:

Contact us at service@petkit-eu.com within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
