WARRANTY POLICY

PETKIT offers a 2-year warranty on all products purchased through the official website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
1. Warranty Coverage & Remedy
If a PETKIT product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
* Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, consumable degradation).
* Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or jailbreaking of the device.
* Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, data loss).
3. Post-Warranty Courtesy
For customers whose product warranty has expired, we offer a 10% discount on the purchase of a new product as a loyalty courtesy.
4. Making a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team with the following information:

* Proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
* A detailed description of the issue.
* Clear photos or videos of the defect.
5. Terms & Conditions
* Sole Remedy: The remedy provided herein is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. All liability for incidental damages is excluded.
* Proof of Purchase: The purchaser must retain the original proof-of-purchase to establish the effective date of this warranty.
* Replacement Policy: Any product replaced under warranty will continue to be covered under the original warranty period. The warranty does not reset or extend upon replacement.
* Non-transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
