A mi gato Delta le ha costado unos días, porque le asustaba un poco el movimiento y la forma, pero con un poco de paciencia y chuches lo ha conseguido. Hemos puesto su arenero viejo a un lado y lo hemos dejado un poco sucio para que lo rechace, luego con mucha paciencia le hemos dado unos snacks que le encantan haciéndolo entrar en el arenero y premiándolo en cada avance. Hoy, ha entrado por si solo y lo ha usado por primera vez y le hemos vuelto a premiar.
La maquina va muy bien y no huele nada, la aplicación va bien aunque algunas traducciones podrían ser más acertadas, pero de momento todo bien.
Es un producto caro pero hace que la limpieza de mis gatos sea muy cómoda y práctica.
El servicio de atención al cliente ha sido perfecto. Lo recomiendo mucho.
Como sugerencia, podrían haber otras opciones de olores de desodorizante para poder elegir.

I use it for two Bengal cats. Very convenient and almost no smell until the bin is full — about 5 days with two cats. After that, the bag needs changing. We were away for 5 days and it worked perfectly while the cats stayed home alone.
Only used it for one month so far. Main downside is the delivery and availability of consumables. Overall, good but with some pros and cons.

I wish there was on option to not trigger self cleaning if the weight is less than pet weight. Sometimes my pet just peeks inside and triggers self cleaning for no reason. Otherwise great so far...
